STAGE TO SELL

This service starts with a consultation at your home where we detail what needs to happen in every room from curb to backyard to ensure your home is ready for market.

We will discuss what you should keep (so we can re-use in staging process) and what needs to be stored, donated or discarded.

We highlight any paint changes that need to be made (and will recommend colour choices that appeal to a wide market). We note any outstanding repairs that need attention and can refer a handyman to get the job done.

Once report complete we discuss with homeowner all that needs to be addressed and decide which tasks will be done by homeowner and which they will need Retreat to manage.

While at consultation we note everything needed to elevate homes presence on market, we go back to our warehouse with pictures of clients inventory and mix that with our inventory to create a unique stage that is personalL to each and every home.

Staging process generally takes 3-5 hours depending on size of home.
